Avoir Couture Store Policy

1. Shipping & Delivery
We proudly offer worldwide shipping.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and local customs procedures.
Please note, Avoir Couture is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or delays resulting from customs clearance.

2. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every item you purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 3–7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 3–7 days of receiving your order.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • No restocking fees apply.

To Initiate a Return:
Email us at avoir@avoircouture.net with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.

Refunds:
After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

3. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.

4. Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund after inspecting the returned item.
