Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer the following shipping options for U.S. orders:

  • Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide.

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 3–7 days of delivery, provided the item:

  • Is unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Includes all original packaging and tags

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Return Shipping

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Exchanges

To make an exchange, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product once your refund is processed.
